About Us
Relationships are at the heart of what OOTB does. While we work with some of the largest corporations in the world, we believe our human-centered approach best supports our clients’ success.
Our founder and CEO, Mary Domenico, worked in production for two decades as a set tailor and talent agent before creating OOTB Solutions. Mary approaches business with the mindset of a tailor—there is no such thing as one-size-fits-all—and this philosophy has made OOTB a trusted solution for some of the industry’s fastest-moving creative marketing departments.
Our Team
OOTB’s team combines decades of production experience with comprehensive HR, financial, and insurance expertise. We are based in Northern, Central, and Southern California, as well as small but mighty outposts in Oregon and Georgia.
